What do you actually book for me?
Appointments with people in your service area looking for HVAC work. We collect what they need, confirm a time, and put it on your calendar. You handle the estimate and the job.
Do I have to call people back myself?
The point is to give you booked times, not a list of names to chase. Our booking system handles confirmations and reminders. You'll still speak with the customer when it's time for the appointment.
Can I focus on installs instead of repair calls?
Yes. Tell us which jobs you want more of and which zip codes your trucks cover. We'll talk through what's realistic in your area before you commit to anything.
Do you work with another HVAC company in my area?
We don't book the same appointments for competing shops. Tell us your territory on the call and we'll let you know if it's available.
What will it cost?
There's an onboarding fee and a share of revenue from the work we bring in. Ad spend is separate and paid to the ad platform. We'll go over the exact numbers for your shop on the call.
How long until appointments show up?
That depends on your market, the work you're targeting, and how quickly we can get started. We won't promise a number of days before we've looked at your area.
What happens on the first call?
We'll ask where you work, what jobs you want, and how much work your crew can take. If we don't think it's a fit, we'll say so.
